The hotel Obersee lies with the best situation directly in the upper lake compared with the ice hall and in immediate nearness to the open artificial-ice rink, to the multi-storey car park, the bus stop and to the mountain roads as well as to the railway station.

The house orders more than 21 rooms with good 3-star comfort, a day room with TV and play corner, dining room and a restaurant with solar terrace. The rooms became converted for the last time in 1993, the restaurant in 1996 and in summer, 2006 renovated. To the wintertime in 2007 the wellness zone which is available to the hotel company free of charge was opened.

Follow the A3 from Zurich to Chur, exit Chur-Nord in the direction "Zentrum, Arosa"", follow the signs from Chur in around 45 minutes on winding road to Arosa, 1320 meters altitude difference, follow the signs, entrance to Arosa, and immediately opposite the ice rink on the right side you will find the hotel Obersee.
