The Berghotel Muottas Muragl is located on the 2456 metre high mountain of the same name and belongs to the community of Samedan. You can reach your target in a march which takes about 2 ½ hours, but it is of course more comfortable with the funicular railway which runs from the hotel to and from Punt Muragl every half-hour from 8 in the morning until 11 at night. The ride takes just 12 minutes, and you can enjoy an ever more wondrous view over the mountain lakes of the Engadin from your comfortable seat.
