The hotel Alpstubli is situated at 1300 difference in altitude above the lake of Lucerne. Stoos, car-free Summer and Winter resort, is accessible by teleferic from Mroschach and by funicular from Schlattli.
By car :
Stoss is a car free resort, reachable by funicular from Schlattli (or by teleferic from Morschach). Free parking is at disposal at these two mountain stations.
Coming from the north on the motorway A4, exit Schwyz go direction Muotathal as far as the funicular of Schlattli (about 10 km).
Coming from the south on the motorway A2, take the exit n° 36 Flüelen on the level of Altdorf, continue as far as Schwyz and follow then above instructions.
By train :
In order to reach Stoos by funicular, get off the train at the station of Schwyz and take the bus to Muotathal. (By teleferic, get off at the station of Brunnen and take the bus to Morschach.)
