The Hotel is situated next to the lake of Sils with a unique view, close to cross-country tracks, hiking trails and the bus stop. Outside there is a garden with a playground and deck-chairs. The historical house is built in the typical Engadin style which guarantees comfortable and relaxing holidays.
The Hotel Restaurant provides light and fresh Italian dishes and an assorted wine choice in a dining room with a unique Swiss stone pine ceiling.
There is a cosy lounge with a separate smoking room and the rustic bed rooms have an exquisite mountain view. In addition the hotel includes: Sauna, Solarium, Fitness, Shoe-room with shoe-dryer and separate Ski- and Bike-storage.

- From Julier pass: cross Silvaplana until the traffic circle, their turn right in direction of Maloja. On the next traffic circle (Sils-Maria) continue straight forward for approx. 1 km, and the turn left for Sils-baselgia, it is the first building on the right.
- From St. Moritz: (from Austria, trough the lower Engadine, from the Vereina tunnel, from the Flüela or Bernina pass) in direction of Silvaplana, on the traffic circle of Silvaplana continue straight and then follow the description above.
- From Maloja pass: cross Maloja, continue along the lake of Sils, at the end of the lake turn right to Sils-Baselgia, it is the first building on the right.
